As an R-1 research institution ranked No. 1 in social mobility and in the top 1.3% of universities worldwide, UCR and the City team are creating a competitive pipeline for talent and ideas through a soft landing program for emerging and international companies, including the SoCal OASIS Incubator, the Life Science Incubator, and the EXCITE incubator, all designed to accelerate breakthrough ventures. UC Riverside Extension further strengthens this ecosystem by delivering custom training and curriculum tailored to workforce and industry needs.
