WORKFORCE PARTNERS

The City works closely with key partners, including the County of Riverside Workforce Development and the California Employment Development Department, to connect businesses to talent and resources. Through local America’s Job Centers of California (AJCC) and the County’s Business Solutions team, employers gain access to recruitment support, labor market insights, and workforce programs tailored to their needs. In addition, Riverside Community College District and UCR Extension support businesses through coordination of Employment Training Panel (ETP) programs and customized training opportunities aligned to industry needs.
